VOSS is also on the shortlist for two further awards. After winning the category in 2011, VOSS has been shortlisted for the Best Support System award, with judges looking for the solution that has created the greatest service improvement, cost saving, or enabled the greatest increase in business income. This year VOSS has also entered (and been shortlisted for) the Best Cloud Solution award, demonstrating why the VOSS fulfillment platform is the most appropriate way to deliver the cloud-based enterprise communications.
