implement a new contact management system for the company. The
project included:
- Reporting on tools available on the market
- Gathering requirements from the Operax team
- Selecting the most suitable CRM solution
- Customising the tool to suit Operax requirements
- Rolling out the tool to the sales and marketing team
- Training
