Prior to its acquisition by IBM, Micromuse recruited FRM to manage the creation and organisation of their annual European customer conference, for a delegation of up to 600 high-tech business men and women from around the world. FRM is responsible for managing all aspects of the event; from online registration and rooming to compiling the multi-track agenda; from conceptualising the conference theme to the design and build at the venue; from booking and then overseeing all catering and evening entertainment, to creating and compiling the conference brochure and all conference materials.
