For the latter part of 2006, Secerno recruited FRM as interim manager of their marketing programme. Projects included:

 

  • MARKETING PLAN
    Create and roll out a marketing plan to support Secerno's plans for growth and business objectives; build a foundation and structure for the future marketing of Secerno

  • LEAD GENERATION & MANAGEMENT
    Define lead management process; organise activities and events to generate new sales opportunities; build sales pipeline; increase speed of sales cycle

  • MESSAGING
    Review corporate messaging to maximise on key business benefits; enhance messaging to target specific verticals and audiences.

  • CORPORATE COMMUNICATIONS
    Generate and manage combined communications programme to target press, analyst and prospect communities with consistent and regular messaging
